returns

Because items can be lost in transit, and to protect your gun through a clear paper trail we have a strict policy that guns sent to us must come via a gun shop, and we will return your gun the same way. So if you need to return a gun to us for service or repair you should take it to your local gun shop who will arrange for it to be sent to us, this will incur a charge to cover packing and carriage.

As a general rule, BSA will pay for the collection and return of guns requiring repair within the warranty period, providing that proof of purchase is provided, although we reserve the right to charge for postage and / or inspection as stated in our terms of warranty. BSA will not pay for collection or return of guns outside warranty.

In the case of high power guns the gun must be accompanied by a copy of the Fire Arms Certificate, if a copy of the certificate is not sent with the gun, BSA reserve the right to make an administration charge.
